Step 1: Confirm with your dedicated Revenue Operations Manager that you would like to enable TAM.
Step 2: The RevOps Manager will loop in the Amazon rep (Sal Corso, salcorso@amazon.com) and provide the publisher key.
Step 3: The RevOps Manager will map accepted sizes for the TAM account in Pub Maestro.
Step 4: Please confirm with your Sales and Revenue Operations Manager that the contract or addendum has been completed prior to activation.
Step 5: Amazon will confirm when the account is activated.
Step 6: Confirm with your RevOps Manager that the account is setup and live!
