Request Reporting

Overview

Request reporting and set up subscriptions for a specified cadence utilizing Pub Maestro. To request reporting utilizing the publisher reporting API, please follow the setup requirements and request body details here.

Reporting Guide

  1. Select ‘Reporting’ in the top nav of the Pub Maestro dashboard

  2. Fill out the ‘New Report’ form for the following fields (*denotes required field/option):

    1. Recipients* - Include an email address to deliver the report

    2. Metrics*

    3. Group By (Dimensions)

  3. Filters - optional

    1. Filter options

  4. Settings

    1. Timezone - If no timezone is selected, UTC will be defaulted

    2. Subscription

      1. Toggle the 'Subscribed report' option

      2. Select a delivery cadence for ‘Repeats’ - the following delivery schedules are available:

        1. daily

        2. weekly

        3. monthly

      3. Select when the subscribed report 'Ends'

        1. Never (Indefinite subscriptions - the option to cancel ongoing subscriptions is available in ‘Subscriptions’.

        2. On - Select the date for when the subscribed report to complete the requested subscription.

          1. Cancelling subscriptions - Refer to ‘Actions’ in the Subscriptions page

        3. Summary - Use the summary details to confirm the subscription. This box will deliver when the last delivery email for the recipient will be.

          1. Sample Detail: “Emails will be sent weekly starting Monday, February ** at 9AM in UTC timezone. The last email will be on Monday, March **.

    3. Report Name - Title the ‘Report Name’ as a unique identifier for the report. This will be the name of the reporting subscription title in the email for the report and for the list of ongoing subscriptions.

Please note that when generating data with the DSP filter applied, an error is expected. Requesting DSP related data is a down stream bid request after the auction/win. The DSP filter is only compatible with the following metrics/rates:

  • Earnings

  • Rendered Impressions

  • Viewable Impressions

  • Wins

  • Viewability Rate

  • CTR

Subscriptions

For current or to create a subscription(s), navigate to the left hand rail. The subscriptions page allows you to:

  1. Create a new report (subscription or not)

  2. View current subscriptions for the account by:

    1. Name

    2. Frequency

    3. Recipients

    4. Expiry

    5. Created At

    6. Action - Cancel

      1. To cancel an ongoing subscription, select ‘Cancel’ and Pub Maestro will ask to you confirm the cancellation prior to completing the request.
