Overview
Use the Performance dashboard in Pub Maestro to gain consolidated insights on publisher inventory performance. The dashboard can deliver granular insights from daily publisher earnings, impression level to placement level data.
Accessing Performance
Select ‘Performance’ in the top bar navigation
Available tools in the dashboard appear in the top right of the dashboard below the publisher name, search for a publisher and ellipsis tools. Available tools include:
Date Range - Select Date Range
Select Metric
Advanced Filtering
Export
Date Range
The default date range for each metric that will automatically appear is Last 7 Days.
Select the Date Range field and a Custom date range is available, see below under viii. Custom.
To view additional date range settings, select the ‘Select Date Range’ button next to the current date range set. Additional date ranges include:
Yesterday
Last 7 Days (default)
Last Week
Last 30 Days
Current Month
Last Month
Quarter to Date
Last Quarter
Custom
The custom date range allows you to select any desired date range within the past 6 months. To view performance past 6 months, please request a report (previous calendar year) to be delivered via email (csv format).
Select Metric
The default metric to appear in the dashboard is Earnings.
To view additional metrics and rates, 'select Metric' to toggle additional metrics available.
To toggle the additional metric, select the metric desired and then click out of the filter.
Available metrics are:
Earnings (default)
Impression Requests
Rendered Impressions
Viewable Impressions
Wins
Available rates are:
Fill Rate
Viewability Rate
CTR
Once an additional metric or rate has been toggled, the data will appear subsequently below the Earnings default data, if Earnings is removed, the first listed metric/win toggled in the select metric filter will populate.
Advanced Filtering
When selecting ‘Advanced Filtering’ additional granular performance reporting can be shown.
Advanced filtering metrics/rates include:
Placements
Apps
Domains
DSPs
Supply Paths
For added insight, ‘Advanced Options’ can further filter performance data:
Inventory Types (Native, Display or Video)
Placement Sizes
Video Categories (Any, Instream or Outstream)
Display Categories (Outstream, Banner, Article and Clickout)
Please note that when generating data with the DSP filter applied, an error is expected. Requesting DSP related data is a down stream bid request after the auction/win. The DSP filter is only compatible with the following metrics/rates:
Earnings
Rendered Impressions
Viewable Impressions
Wins
Viewability Rate
CTR
Export
To export a report, simply select ‘Export’ in the Performance dashboard.
Export options include (csv format):
by Day (default)
by Placements
by Apps
by Domains
If selected filters or advanced options are applied, exports will include. To remove filters, select the ‘Advanced Filters’ and select ‘Clear Filters’ to remove from reports.
